Marketing Automation Specialist

Marketware is looking for a strategic marketing automation specialist to support all aspects of our CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation system (Hubspot).

This role will be responsible for utilizing various marketing technologies to align processes and data structure across marketing and account development. We are looking for a technically savvy and data-driven individual to own both the marketing infrastructure and Salesforce operations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Standardizes, cleanses, and uploads contact lists into the marketing automation platform
  • Improve data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation implementation and analysis between Hubspot and
  • Evaluate and optimize lead scoring, assignment rules and lifecycle funnel
  • Work with product marketing and demand gen to define audience groups, align messaging and manage communication frequency and priority
  • Works with digital marketing and development to drive deeper Husbpot integration into the website to improve lead quality and visibility to lead sources and activities

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience required with configuration and reporting
  • 2+ years of working with marketing automation systems and campaign analytics (Hubspot preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of integrating marketing automation with, website, and other systems
  • Data-driven marketer; highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented, self-starter
  • Demonstrated experience in improving marketing processes
  • Ability to coordinate across various teams to effectively manage issues, activities and deliverables
  • Collaborative, upbeat work ethic where you can take ownership and have fun
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
