Account Development Representative

Marketware is looking for a rockstar ADR (Account Development Representative) to join our fast-growing team. The primary responsibility of the ADR is to communicate the value of the Marketware platform to decision makers and influencers to acquire qualified opportunities.

This role involves researching companies and contacts, inbound and outbound campaigns, and qualifying each opportunity before sending to an Account Executive. The ADR works with demand generation to uncover and create new opportunities that will result in closed business.

The ADR position is a great career accelerator, with development and advancement opportunities toward direct and field sales roles.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Connecting with prospects using phone and email and responding to all inbound leads
  • Procuring sales qualified leads for Account Executives
  • Documenting daily activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Recommending process enhancements for more targeted demand generation efforts and improved selling techniques
  • Representing and protecting the Marketware brand with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communication
  • Meeting quota of monthly/quarterly accepted leads and qualified sales opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in outbound lead generation/sales development in B2B
  • Healthcare experience a plus
  • An ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system is required
  • Confident, positive, energetic, professional and team-oriented
